This collection contains documents and ephemera related to Vera R. Kaminski’s participation in Baltimore professional groups. This includes the Women’s Bar Association of Maryland, Women’s Society of the Engineers Club, and Women’s Auxiliary to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

This organization was founded by Anne Rothwell Stewart (d. 1930) in Baltimore in 1926 with the goal of social fellowship and public service for women who were born on Maryland's Eastern Shore or who had family connections in that region.

This collection is primarily comprised of the meeting minutes and programs of the Woman's Literary Club of Baltimore during the first three decades of its existence.
