3 copies of a "Fac-Similie of a portion of a Map of Virginia and Maryland made by Augustin Herrman, from his own surveys in 1670. This Map, upon which the position of Cape Henlopen, at the entrance to Delaware Bay, is correctly shown, was originally engraved by W. Faithorne and published in London in 1673."

Facsimiles based on the British Museum's copy of the map. Originally published in 1673 and produced by draughtsman and merchant, Augustine Herrman, based upon surveys he completed in 1670. Depicted are the Chesapeake and Delaware bays, the adjacent land, and connected large rivers. Also included is a portrait of Herrman, text, and illustrations.
