McIntosh, Joseph Rieman, 1905-

This collection contains papers related to the history and activities of the Elkridge Fox Hunting Club; the Elkridge Hounds, Inc.; the Harford Hunt Club; and the Elkridge-Harford Hunt Club. The bulk of the material consists of the records and correspondence collected by J. Rieman McIntosh (1905-1990) while researching the history of the Elkridge-Harford Hunt Club for his 1978 book.

This collection contains photographs and negatives relating to the Elk Ridge Fox Hunting Club; the Elkridge Hounds, Inc.; the Harford Hunt Club; and the Elkridge-Harford Hunt Club.

The papers in the Rieman Family Collection span over 150 years, and document the genealogical history of the Rieman Family in Baltimore. The materials consist of legal papers, wills, land deeds, real estate records, plats and blueprints, and records of the genealogical research conducted by various Rieman family members during the twentieth century.

This collection contains photographs, prints, and negatives featuring members of the Rieman family, a prominent Baltimore family. There are also two images of railroad executive Solomon Davies Warfield and opera singer Rosa Ponselle.
