Victor Frenkil (1908-1998) was a philanthropist and a prominent Baltimore, Maryland contractor with political ties to Theodore R. McKeldin. In this oral history interview, Frenkil discusses McKeldin's character, work habits, influences, public works activities, and concern for civil rights; and McKeldin's role in the Republican Party.
