Abstract
Frank Leviticus Williams (1915-2004) was a Methodist minister and civil rights activist who served as chairman of the Ministerial Alliance Conference. In this oral history interview, Williams reflects on how he became involved with the civil rights movement, and discusses his thoughts on freedom fighter Lillie May Carroll Jackson and politician Theodore R.
