Shriver (mostly about legal concerns), James and Rebecca Renshaw of Petersburg, Pennsylvania, Abraham Shriver (numerous references to politics and economic conditions), Michael H. and Matilda Spangler, John Shultz, and James Shriver. Several of the letters from Thomas Shriver, John S. Shriver, and Abraham Shriver discuss a banking crisis in Baltimore City and Frederick.
