Dobbin, Mary Ellicott, undated

Mary Ellicott Whitaker Dobbin (1833-1883) was the daughter of Nathaniel B. Whitaker, Sr. (1898-1844), of Baltimore. In 1859, she married Joseph Townsend Dobbin (1836-1864), a partner in the Baltimore American. Their children were: Joseph Townsend; Ann Whitaker (1863-1866); and Robert Joseph (1863-1875). She died at her home on West Biddle Street, having outlived all of her children.
