Biographical / Historical
Cecilia Dushane Williams (1823-1897) was the daughter of Valentine Dushane (1787-1850) of Baltimore. In 1847, she married John Thomas Williams (1820-1895), a photographer. Their children were: Elizabeth Ann (1848-1853); Frank T. (1857-1880); Nellie C. (1860-); and John T. (1865-1902).
