Scope and Contents

For twenty-four acres of land in Piney Point, Worcester County, Md. Begin at first bounder of Piney Point at edge of Pocomoke River, N. 65° E. with river 34 poles (561 ft.) to marked Bauld Cypress at edge of river, S. 40° E. 110 poles (1815 ft.) to Marked Black Gum in glade, S. 34° W. with middle of glade 30 poles (495 ft.) then with right line to beginning. Recorded Lib. Z. f 40. Witnesses Edward Stevenson and James Tilghman.
