Scope and Contents
Sale under execution to satisfy judgments, obtained before James Tilghman, Justice of Peace, Worcester County, Md., against David Long, Senr. as follows: Joseph Young for Nine Dollars Twenty-five cents and Eighty-two cents costs, dated March 28, 1811; Joshua Sturgis, Eight Dollars eighty-four cents and Eighty-one cents, dated April 8, 1811; for land known as Piney Point in Worcester County, described as follows: Beginning at a marked Bal Cypress standing in the edge of the Pocomoke River and at the mouth of Ditch and running from said cypress up with river 26 poles (429 ft.) to a marked pine, thence S.E. parallel with home line of original tract to intersection with Henry Long's line down and with H.L. line to intersection to Jesse Long, Junior's line, down with Jesse's line to beginning, containing 11 acres. Witnessed by Wm. Schoolfield and James Tilghman. Recorded Worcester County Lib A.B. f 485 and 486.
