For tract of land in Worcester County, Md. part of Piney Point described as, Beginning at a marked pine standing near the edge of the river on the line between David Long and Jesse Tapman, thence S. 12° E. 20-1/4 poles (334-1/8 ft.) with Tapman's line to two small marked pines, thence N. 67° E. 32 poles (528 ft.) with Stephen Kitchen's line, thence N. 19° W. 23-3/4 poles (391-7/8 ft.) to the old ship yard and to the River, thence with a right line with River to beginning, containing 4 acres two Rood and twenty-two poles. Acknowledged before Levin Merrill and John Aydelott, Justices of the Peace, Worcester County, Md. by Grantors and Sally Long, wife of David Long, Senr. Recorded Lib A.O. f 292, 293 and 294.
