For part of Piney Point, consisting of one acre described as, Beginning at a marked White Gumb standing near the River at a Branch, thence running North 70-1/2° W. 12.67 poles (209.055 ft.) to county road, thence with County Road 12.66 poles (208.99 ft.), thence S. 73° E. 12.66 poles (208.99 ft.) thence with a right line to the beginning. Acknowledged before Saml E. Carey and Levin Merrill, two Justices of the Peace, by Levin Long and Maria Long, his wife. Recorded Worcester County, Lib. A.P. f 206, 207 and 208.
