For 20 acres part of Piney Point, Worcester County, Md. Begin at marked Red Oak standing at corner of Edwd. Stevensons heirs, it being corner bounder of Jesse Henderson's line, S. 36° E. with Stevenson's heirs and James Milbourn's line, [UNK] poles (1831.5 ft.) to a large Pine, a corner tree between James Milbourn and Levin Long's heirs, S. 49-1/2° W. 29 poles (478.5 ft.) with Long's heirs line to a marked Oak N. 36° W. 110-1/2 poles (1822.25 ft.) with David Long's line till it intersects Jesse Henderson's line, H. 46-1/2° with Henderson's line to beginning. Acknowledged before Jno. B.H.W. Clarvoe and Samuel T. Carey by James W. Stevenson and Elizabeth, his wife. Recorded Worcester County, Md. in Lib. A.R. f 25, 26 and 27.
