N. 46° E. 46-3/4 poles (771-3/8 ft.) to line of Townsends heirs then with line N. 45-1/2° W. 40 poles (660 ft.) then S. 46° W. 46-3/4 poles (771-3/8 ft.) to beginning. Acknowledged before Jno. B.H.W. Clarvoe and Saml. T. Carey, two Justices of the Peace of State of Maryland, Worcester County. Recorded Lib. A.R. f 298, 299 and 300.
