For Lot in New Town, Worcester County, Md. described as Beginning on edge of Public Road leading from New Town to Cedar Hall at the S.E. corner of a lot belonging to Littleton Furniss then with road S. 50° E. to another lot by Richard Furniss by Joseph Richard then its boundry to beginning containing 1/8 acre. Acknowledged Jno. B.H.W. Clarvoe and Avra Melvin, Justices of the Peace, by Michael Murray and Ann Murray his wife. Recorded Worcester County Lib. A.V. f 116, 117, 118, 119 and 120.
