For Lot on the East side of the County Road leading from New Town to Cedar Hall, one mile from New Town and part of Piney Point, bounded North by Henry Long East by William Quinn, South by said Quinn and Powell, containing six and one-fourth acres, more or less, formerly belonged to Josiah Long sold by Doct. John Stevenson, Trustee to Levin Long, purchased by Jesse Long from heirs of Levin. Recorded Lib. G.M.N. No. 2, fol, 160, 161, 162.
