Beginning at corner of Centre or Main Street and street leading to Tanyard N. 34-3/4° E. 86 yards till it intersects tanyard lot (belonging to the heirs of Gen. Ebenezer Hearn) S. 47-1/4° E. 60 yards with Hearn lot to ditch to land formerly of Lewis A. Jones with center of ditch S. 41° W. 85 yards to Main or Centre Street, then with Main Street N. 48-3/4° W. 52 yds to beginning, containing one acre. Acknowledged before Henry Murray Justice of Peace for Worcester County, Md. by all above named grantors. Recorded Worcester County, Md. Lib. E.D.M. No. 6 f. 502, 503, 504.
