For dower interest in property in New Town, formerly sold by Dr. Clarvoe to David and Henry Long as tenants-in-common and sold by Capt. Henry Longs Executors subject to dower of Harriet H. Clarvoe for period of Harriet H. Clarvoe's natural life. Witnessed by Henry Murray (Appears to be a copy although not so indicated on document, bears notation Lece from Harriet H. Clarvoe to William J. Long for her thirds in the lots near the Church Dec. 25th, 1855).
