The collection contains the treasurer’s records of the Woman’s Eastern Shore Society of Maryland from 1926-1979. These records, including audit reports, financial statements, and account ledgers, were collected by Martha Virginia Hinman Smith in her role as the Society’s treasurer. The reports and ledgers provide insight on the financial health of the organization and its activities and causes.
