Volume 1- Diary of Lucy A. Cannon, April 1864-March 1865. Kept near Natchez, Miss. contains Civil War information.

Volume 2- Letterbook of William Shipp, Natchez. Letters to commercial agents in the United States, November 1823-May 1826. Pencil sketches in last part of book, including two of Baltimore scenes.

Volume 3- Autograph book of Mary Shipp. Most entries dated Baltimore, 1845-1847.
