The bulk of this collection contains genealogical information for the following surnames: Talbot; Daugherty; Lovelace; Jessop; Britton; Morrison; Goldy; Hanson; Buck; Eynsham; Peckham; Aucher; Barne; Sandys; Gorsuch; Thomas; Merryman; Worthington; Grant; Cobrath; Ewen; Spicer; Richardson; Camp; Browne; Powell; Waters; and, Kidd.

Genealogical notes are most abundant for the Talbot surname and date from 1649 through the 20th century. An oversize folder contains a genealogical chart for the Talbots which traces lineage to 1649. The collection also includes real estate contracts dating from 1856 to circa 1960.
