Aldine collection
Abstract
Miscellaneous correspondence of MD figures, mostly political from 1784-1938, collected by the commercial establishment, Aldine Bookstore. There is no unifying factor to the collection except that to residence. The largest number of letters are of the following: Philip Barton Key (to 1806 only), Levin Winder, Theodorick Bland, Ezekiel F. Chambers, Daniel Coit Gilman, Arthur Pue Gorman.
