There is no unifying factor to the collection except that to residence. The largest number of letters are of the following: Philip Barton Key (to 1806 only), Levin Winder, Theodorick Bland, Ezekiel F. Chambers, Daniel Coit Gilman, Arthur Pue Gorman.

Alexander Henry Schulz collection
This collection contains documents related to Alexander Henry Schulz (1828-1905), a noted Baltimore financier at the end of the 19th century and into the early 20th century. Includes an account book, citizenship papers, correspondence, will and estate papers, photographs, and materials related to the German Fire Insurance Company and the German Bank of Baltimore.
Alexandra Peeler photograph collection
This collection contains 27 black and white photographs taken by photographer and filmmaker Alexandra Peeler (1938-2022), which were displayed at the Turner Auditorium on the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine campus in an exhibition entitled “Scenes of East Baltimore” beginning in December 1973. This exhibit was produced by Peeler during her time as Associate Director of Public Affairs at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions (JHMI).
