Henry Beamer papers
Beamer family correspondence consisting of land records and deeds for land located in Baltimore City and county. Also contained in the collection are judgements on money and property. Papers, 1841-42, concerning Henry Beamer's administrating of Ann Lenhart's estate.

The Maryland tax lists are a large collection of tax records for Maryland and Washington, D.C. dated between 1798-1805. The collection contains general assessment lists, particular assessment lists, and general tax books or lists.
Maynard land patents
This collection contains patents to various Fredrick and Prince Georges County properties purchased by Thomas and Nathan Maynard from 1735-1790. Also included are genealogical notes on the Maynard family, "Securities" and "Belongings" lists, 1921, of Eleanor Maynard, as well as Ms. Maynard's will, 1918.
Oliver Family Estate papers
This collection consists of papers of lawyer David Maulden Perine (1796-1882) who acted as the agent for the administrators and trustees of the Oliver family's various estates.
