313th Infantry, 79th Division, American Expeditionary Force, World War I photograph collection
This collection includes photographs as well as non-photographic materials having to do with the 313th Infanty, 79th Division of the American Expeditionary Forces in World War I, circa 1917-1919.
A. Aubrey Bodine photograph collection
The collection of A. Aubrey Bodine photographs donated to the Peale Museum by Nancy Bodine in 1973 consists of more than 12,000 images. Of these, more than 4,500 are processed and available to the public. The images document virtually all aspects of life in Baltimore, Maryland and the Chesapeake region. The photographs consist primarily of 5x7, 4x5 and 120 mm film negatives. There are also 4x5 glass negatives and a few color transparencies.
A. Aubrey Bodine photographic prints collection
This collection contains over 1,000 photographic prints taken by Baltimore photojournalist A. Aubrey Bodine that show a variety of people and places around Maryland, Virginia, and various locations in Europe. Subjects include buildings; railways; the Chesapeake Bay Bridge; Assateague Island; actors and dancers on stage; and natural scenes such as rivers, mountains, and valleys.
Academy of Sciences photograph collection
This collection includes images of the Academy of the Visitation convent in Baltimore, the Clifton house, and the Elkridge Hunt Club that were gifted by the Maryland Academy of Sciences.
Adalbert Johann Volck photograph collection
This collection contains photographic prints, negatives, and prints of the work of Adalbert Johann Volck (1828-1912), a Baltimore dentist, artist, cartoonist, sculptor, and silversmith during the American Civil War.
