Corporate minutes

The Arundell Club of Baltimore records include minutes, membership lists, yearbooks, and accounts of dues and expenses. Also included are documents on the Arundell Good Government Club of Baltimore, a subsidiary organization.

This collection contains minutes of the managers of the 11th Ward. Led by Charles Howard, the collection deals with appointments of visitors, collectors of funds, purchase of wood, etc.

The Baltimore Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (BAIA) Collection consists of administrative records, organizational documents, by-laws, rosters, directories, financial and legal documents, minutes and agendas, membership records, letters, newsletters and magazines, flyers, brochures, announcements, news clippings, photographs, photographic slides, maps, and architectural drawings.

The records of the Baltimore City Teachers Association span the years 1849-2001.

Separate sheets contain minutes of the Baltimore Court House Commissioners appointed to repair the Court House in 1834. The commission included Solomon Etting, Joseph Wilkins, William Jenkins, Samuel Parker, Edward Grey and others.

This collection contains business papers pertaining to the Bank of Baltimore, 1794-1895.

Proceedings of meetings of the Trustees of the Brookeville Academy, Montgomery County, Maryland, an institution incorporated 1815 and continued as a separate school until 1909. The minute books includes listings of regulations to be observed by the Principal, the Board, and the scholars, and gives a clear pictures of efforts to keep a private school, with problems concerning principals, boarding house, courses of school, etc.

This collection contains the administrative and financial records of the Child Study Association of Maryland as well as documents related to activities of the society. These records provide a clear picture of the functions of both the overseeing organization and the individual chapters.
