Perine family papers
This collection consists of the papers of David Maulden Perine, his sons William Buchanan Perine, E. Glenn Perine, and E. Glenn's son Washington Perine. Topics covered include legal practice, especially estate settlement in Baltimore, 1820s-1880s; Bank of Maryland affair, 1834; and Washington, Glenn, and Perine family histories.

They contain indentures and deeds of land, land surveys, promissory notes, inventories of household goods, receipts for money received, legal papers and deeds pertaining to the Low and Seth families, and mortgages, 1709-1909.
Shoemaker-Eccleston collection
The Shoemaker-Eccleston Collection consists of correspondence, notes, and receipts mainly relating to the wealthy benefactress Augusta Chambers Eccleston Shoemaker (1833-1907) and her father, John Bowers Eccleston (1794-1860), Maryland Court of Appeals Judge from 1851 to 1860.
