Included are mostly receipts for the years 1859-1890, some letters to 1910, also papers and deeds dealing with Baltimore Real Estate, in all 6 boxes. William Frick record books

This collection contains the real estate records of William Frick (1790-1855). Volume I contains copies of deeds, 1815-1867, and six general plats of property purchases. Volume II contains deeds, 1819-1873, with detailed plats for each tract, including several on development of "Beethoven Terrace" ("Frick's Folly"). Volume III contains lists of ground rents and amounts received, 1856-7181.
