Jonathan K. Voshell papers
Abstract
The Jonathan K. Voshell papers contains letters concerning the States Roads Commisson Investigation of 1929. Materials include reports of the committee, newspaper clippings regarding the scandal, information on the investigation, and materials on various aspects of the State's roads. The collection also contains a 1929 scrapbook of campaign materials and newspaper clippings of building of general hospital campaign, of which Voshell was the campaign chairman. Also included is the minute book of the Baltimore Steamship Company (1919-1927). Voshell was a member of the Board of Directors and later the Treasurer of the Company.
