Shriver collection
The Shriver collection consists of daybooks, ledgers, cash books, and other accounts of the Shriver family businesses at Union Mills, Carroll County, Maryland (flour milling, saw millings, tanning, stores at Petersburgh and Big Pipe Creek). A majority of the collection is comprised of correspondence between the various members of the Shriver family concerning business and family happenings.

Troop family letters
This collection consists of xerox copies of letters to and from Mrs. Elizabeth McKerlie Troop, the widow of Captain Andrew Troop who was lost at sea. The letters date 1815 to 1891 and deal primarily with the Troop family estate.
Walter de Curzon Poultney papers
This collection contains the personal correspondence of Mr. Poultney largely concerning his social activities as well as his business correspondence as member of the law firm of Poultney and Moale.
