Maryland photographers collection
This collection consists of photographs by Maryland photographers or studios, which are mainly studio portraits of unidentified subjects. Most of the photographs are from Baltimore. Most of the photoprints are mounted on cards imprinted with photographer's or studio's name and address. There are a few images from outside Maryland and a few non-portrait images.
McFee photograph collection
This collection includes photographs taken or collected by Eugene Gwynn McFee, staff photographer for the Baltimore American, 1913-1919. The images reveal everyday life in Baltimore, the effects of World War I on soldiers, recreational activities, and Woodrow Wilson's funeral, among others. The dates of the collection span 1900-1930.
Merchants' Exchange photograph collection
This collection includes photographs of exterior views of the Merchants' Exchange building in Baltimore. Also included are views of the demolition of the building and copy photographs of prints and drawings.

This collection consists of photographs taken by Baltimore Sun photographer Richard Childress. Childress worked at the Sun from 1961 until his death in 1984. He covered virtually everything newsworthy for the paper over his more than two decade career: protests, sports, social and cultural events, politics, automobile accidents, house fires, fairs, festivals, and parades, military events, and more.
