Outerbridge Horsey collection of Lee, Horsey, and Carroll family papers
This collection consists of the personal and business correspondence of the Horsey, Lee, and Carroll families, 1684-1834. Microfilm identification numbers are included in the "General" note of each item in the container list.

Samuel Cock papers
This collection contains deeds, indentures, surveys etc., relating to Samuel Cock and his real estate near Mt. Pleasant, Frederick County; 64 letters of Chester Coleman relating to Maryland agriculture and education of his children. Included also are typewritten transcript of Coleman letters, and transcript of material relating to children's education.
Lowe-Seth papers
This collection consists of the business papers of the Lowe, Seth and Ensey families, settlers in colonial Maryland. They contain indentures and deeds of land, land surveys, promissory notes, inventories of household goods, receipts for money received, legal papers and deeds pertaining to the Low and Seth families, and mortgages, 1709-1909.
White family land papers
This collection includes deeds, mortgages, leases, and land warrants for property in Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County, and North Carolina. Included are land warrants for land in Iowa and Missouri rewarding military service in the War of 1812 and these are signed by Presidents James Buchanan and Millard Filmore. There is also a list of all deeds once held by the White family. One Virginia land warrant is signed by James Monroe.
